The easing of mortgage rates, coupled with a fifteenth consecutive month of median sales price declines, is empowering more Austinites to step into the market. This shift is a testament to Austin's dynamic nature, adjusting and aligning to welcome new homeowners and ensure those dreaming of homeownership can see their dreams realized. It’s important to note that the decline in sales price is more of a correction to the over inflated market during and post COVID times.
