"When my husband and I decided to move from the SF Bay Area to Austin and buy our first home, we didn't know anyone in Austin and had very little to no knowledge of the home buying process. So, it was incredibly important for us to work with a Real Estate Agent who we can trust and who can guide us in this journey. Khani was recommended to us and she was absolutely AMAZING - from sending us brochures to familiarize us with the different neighborhoods, to jumping on video calls to show us houses and to adjusting her schedule to ours when we had little flexibility to visit Austin and see our favorite homes. She gave us sound advice and her priority was that we love our new home. Khani stayed in touch even after we closed on our home and continues to be an amazing resource for us a new homeowners. I can't recommend Khani enough and I'm looking forward to working together again in the future!"

"My wife and I met Khani at an open house in our neighborhood. We weren’t in the market for a home but had plans of selling our house in 6 months and had a habit of checking out local open houses. Khani greeted us with a big smile, amazing energy and marketing material of the home that looked like it could be in readers digest. The house was staged to perfection and we talked to her for 15 minutes about the market, neighborhood and our mutual love of real estate. Fast forward 5 months and we were starting to think about selling our house and we lined up 6 interviews with realtors® that we had met over the year of open houses that were all highly qualified. What set Khani apart was her communication (she literally would respond at any time of day/night), her marketing plan, direct feedback on what it would take to sell our home and overall pleasant experience during every interaction. A lot of realtors® talk a big game and make grand promises to secure a listing but Khani not only delivered on everything she promised but overdelivered by a mile which is rare in this market. She project managed our entire “make ready” home improvements, got quality subs on the jobs that were on time and reasonably priced and stuck to every deadline along the way. She even managed to send wine and food to our house when she knew it was a big packing night! This was the third home we have sold and I could not give a bigger endorsement to Khani and her entire team. We listed and closed within 30 days at full asking price and made a typically stressful event really fun and formed a great friendship along the way. This was a life changing event that allowed us to move back to Nashville and buy our dream home and having Khani and team in our corner was the best decision we could have made. Thank you, Khani!"
