Some people build their business by trying to be “the best.”
I built mine by being unmistakably me.
Better is subjective. It shifts with trends and comparisons. But different—that’s where the connection happens. That’s where trust is built. That’s where people remember you not just for what you did, but how you made them feel.
In a city full of incredible agents, I’ve never tried to blend in. I don’t sound like anyone else, dress like anyone else, or approach real estate like anyone else. My love of design, fashion, wellness, and storytelling isn’t extra—it’s essential. It’s the lens through which I guide my clients and elevate their experience.
I don’t believe luxury is a price point. I believe it’s a level of care.
Whether it’s a first home or a forever home, my approach is the same:
I listen deeply.
I guide strategically.
I style thoughtfully.
And I show up fully.
I lean into what makes a home or a person unique. I don’t try to edit out character or quirks—I honor them. Because when you tell the real story of a home, the right buyer can see themselves in it. When you show up as your full self, the right clients will find you.
Here’s how that shows up in my work:
A Fusion of Passions
My background in fashion, art, and wellness informs everything I do, from staging to strategy. It’s all connected.
Building a Legacy with Purpose
As a founding agent at Christie’s International Real Estate - Lonestar in Austin and leader of Khani Zulu Group, I’m here to raise the bar—not just for sales, but for service, integrity, and experience.
Client-Centric Storytelling
Every property has a soul. Every client has a story. My job is to honor both—and market with meaning.
Resilience in the Face of Challenges
Standing out invites challenges, but I’ve learned to stay grounded, trust my voice, and lead with clarity. That’s where the magic happens.
Being different isn’t always easy—but it’s always worth it.
Not for the sake of standing out, but for the people it allows me to serve more meaningfully.
This approach was never about being everything to everyone. It’s about showing up for the people who value thoughtfulness, creativity, and heart. The ones who want more than a transaction—they want a partner. A guide. Someone who sees the full picture, and honors the emotions, the dreams, and the details along the way.
That’s the kind of work I’ll always be proud to do.
And if you’ve ever been part of that journey with me—thank you. You’re why I do it this way.
With love from ATX,
Khani
