Meet Leidy

Leidy Laverde is the Operations Manager at Khani Zulu Group, where she supports the company’s day-to-day operations through strategic coordination, process management, and executive support. With experience across operations, administration, customer experience, recruiting, and project coordination, Leidy brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to every aspect of her work.

Throughout her career, she has worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments supporting multidisciplinary teams and leadership across areas including operations, finance, client relations, and business management. Her background in executive support and operational strategy has allowed her to develop strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, helping teams operate more efficiently while improving internal processes and workflow.

Prior to joining Khani Zulu Group, Leidy held leadership and operational support roles focused on process improvement, quality assurance, and team coordination. She is known for her adaptability, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs while maintaining high standards of organization and execution.

Leidy is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and continues to focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting business growth through efficient systems and collaboration.
