Khani Zulu’s passion for real estate is as bold and dynamic as her entrepreneurial journey, offering clients a curated experience driven by integrity, creativity, and deep industry expertise. A two-time Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle honoree (2024 & 2025) and Platinum Top 50 Finalist (2021-2024), Khani is nationally recognized for her achievements, earning a coveted spot among the RealTrends 500. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Master Certified Negotiations Expert, she delivers a highly personalized and strategic approach, ensuring seamless transactions and lifelong client relationships.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Khani’s leadership and creativity were evident early on. She earned a BFA from the University of Texas at Austin and spent two decades as a professional choreographer and dance instructor while also launching a clothing brand, producing variety shows, teaching yoga, and running a globally recognized, star-studded tattoo shop in Los Angeles for 16 years.

Khani officially transitioned into real estate in 2016, blending her sharp business acumen, customer service expertise, and creative vision to craft a standout approach. Whether executing home acquisitions, sales, or high-return renovation projects, she ensures her clients experience a seamless and profitable journey. With a nationwide network of professionals, she provides unmatched guidance and education throughout the process. Her dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed—in 2024, she ranked 16th in transactions, and in 2022, she placed 38th in transaction volume in the REAL Trends + Tom Ferry America’s Best, an elite list celebrating the nation’s top agents.

Deeply committed to her community, Khani serves as president of the board of directors for Andrea Ariel Dance Theater and is an active donor to local nonprofits. Outside of real estate, she enjoys working out, expanding her fashion collection, spending time with her husband and two Chihuahuas, and sipping craft cocktails.
