Alexis Anastasia Duarte is the Director of Agents at Christie’s International Real Estate | @properties Lone Star, where she brings decades of experience in real estate operations, lending, closings, and client service. With a background that spans residential real estate, mortgage processing, loan closings, property management, and notary services, Anastasia offers a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from start to finish.

Before joining Christie’s International Real Estate | @properties Lone Star, Anastasia spent over 10 years with Realty Austin as a Closing Coordinator and Realtor, while also operating her own mobile notary and certified signing business serving clients across Texas and California. Throughout her career, she has completed thousands of signings and worked extensively with residential buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and title companies.

Known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and solutions-oriented mindset, Anastasia thrives in fast-paced environments where organization, accuracy, and client experience are essential. Her diverse industry background allows her to effectively support agents while helping create smooth, efficient transactions for clients and teams alike.

Anastasia holds a degree in Political Science from Allegheny College and continues to bring a collaborative, service-driven approach to every aspect of her work in the real estate industry.
